特徴

• RNF174 (MARCH4) is a multi-pass membrane protein mainly found in the membrane of Golgi apparatus.
• It is a complex enzyme with a RING-CH-type zinc finger.
• It acts as a ubiquitin-protein ligase mainly involved in third step of ubiquitin conjugation.
• The RINGv-type zinc finger domain is required for E3 ligase activity in which the E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase mediates ubiquitination of MHC-I and CD4, and promote their subsequent endocytosis and sorting to lysosomes via multivesicular bodies.
• It is mainly expressed in brain and placenta.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
