特徴
- MART-1 (also known as Melan-A) is a melanocyte differentiation antigen recognized by autologous cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
- Six other melanoma associated antigens recognized by autologous cytotoxic T cells include MAGE-1, Tyrosinase, gp100, gp75, BAGE-1, and GAGE-1.
- Subcellular fractionation shows that MART-1 is present in melanosomes and endoplasmic reticulum.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
