FZD7 down regulates the functions of the tumor suppressor gene APC and thereby enhances beta catenin-mediated signals.
FZD7 is highly expressed adult skeletal muscle and foetal kidney.
High expression is observed in the foetal lung, placenta, adult heart and brain tissues.
It is specifically expressed in squamous cell oesophageal carcinomas.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:64,000Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
