- FZD7 is a receptor for Wnt signaling proteins.
- FZD7 down regulates the functions of the tumor suppressor gene APC and thereby enhances beta catenin-mediated signals.
- FZD7 is highly expressed adult skeletal muscle and foetal kidney.
- High expression is observed in the foetal lung, placenta, adult heart and brain tissues.
- It is specifically expressed in squamous cell oesophageal carcinomas.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 15ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
