MAP kinases, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERKs), act in a signaling cascade that regulates various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression in response to a variety of extracellular signals.
This protein is activated by upstream kinases, resulting in its translocation to the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
