c-erbB-3/HER-3 is the third member of the type I family of growth factor receptors.
It binds to ligands in the heregulin family.
c-erbB-3 is over-expressed in a variety of tumors including breast, stomach, pancreas and colon.
Heregulin & EGF stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation of c-erbB-3 to different extents.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
