• This protein is one of the nuclear-coded polypeptide chains of cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal oxidase in mitochondrial electron transport.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Peptide): 1:4000Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2.5ug/ml.
• Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 is recommended
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
