特徴
- Three different forms of human pancreatic procarboxypeptidase A have been isolated.
- The A1 and A2 forms are monomeric proteins with different biochemical properties.
- Carboxypeptidase A1 is a monomeric pancreatic exopeptidase.
- It is involved in zymogen inhibition.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
