特徴

• GLUT-1 (Glucose transporter 1), a ubiquitously expressed integral membrane glycoprotein, and member of the major facilitator superfamily, which plays a major role in the transport of glucose across the cell membrane, and the blood-brain barrier.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000, detects a band at ~ 54kD in human Jurkat cell lysates
• Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100, requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
• Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Immunohistochemistry Positive Control:Colorectal carcinoma
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
