Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: IEP: use 2ul serum, plasma or equivalent against 120ul antiserum
Double RID: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul antiserum in a 3 mm diameter centre well and 2ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2 mm diameter peripheral wells
SIngle RID: use 0.5-1% antiserum in the gel
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

仕様
Size:1ml
Host:rabbit
Source Antibody:goat
Grade:Serum
Purity:Serum
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder. No preservatives added. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Dilute further with PBS, pH 7.2.
Specificity:Recognizes goat light chains, free and bound. Reacts with determinants exposed on the surface (SD) and the Fab portion of all intact immunoglobulins, with Fab or F(ab’)2 subunits, and with free light chains of both types. This antiserum is not kappa or lambda chain specific. It does not react with any non-Ig protein in goat serum, as tested by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion.
Isotype:IgG
Immunogen:Purified light chains isolated from polyclonal goat IgG.
