Lactoperoxidase (EC 1.11.1.7) is one of the major enzymes in bovine milk.
The enzyme has a molecular weight of 80000.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:250Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
