Recommended Dilutions:Immunoelectrophoresis: 2ul plasma or equivalent against 120ul antiserumDouble Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul antiserum in 3mm diameter center well and 2ul plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameterperipheral wells
Single Radial Immunodiffusion: 1% in the gelOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
