C3a is a component of complement C3 produced by its activation.
It has a molecular weight of 8900.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis and Radial Immunodiffusion.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul human plasma or equivalent
Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul in 3mm diameter center well and 2ul plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
仕様
Size:1ml
Host:rabbit
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Serum
Purity:Serum
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Further dilutions can be made in PBS, pH 7.2.
Specificity:Recognizes the C3a subunit of human complement C3. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion against human plasma a single precipitin line is obtained and shows a reaction of full identity with the purified immunogen. Does not react with any other protein component of human serum or plasma.
