Albumin is a stable small polypeptide with a strong antigenicity.
Its molecular weight is about 69000.
It has a high mobility in electrophoresis, shows macroheterogeneity especially under pathological conditions and it can bind a large number of physiological and non-physiological molecules.

仕様
Size:1ml
Host:goat
Source Antibody:human
Grade:Highly Purified
Purity:Purified by DEAE chromatography.
Form:Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Preservative free. Labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:Recognizes human albumin. In immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony) against appropriate concentrations of the immunogen, a single characteristic precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin lines obtained against human serum and the purified albumin.
