特徴

• TCL1B is a monomeric,15kD (predicted) member of the TCL1 family of proteins.
• It is expressed in the embryo and syncytiotrophoblast, and interacts with Akt1 and Akt2 kinase, promoting their activation and the subsequent deactivation of proapoptotic molecules.
• Human TCL1B is 128aa in length.
• There is no definitive structural motif that characterizes TCL1B, save for a unique b-barrel configuration.
• Full length human TCL1B shares less than 35aa identity with five orthologous mouse TCL1B isoforms.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
