特徴

• Caspase-3 is regarded as a control mediator of apoptosis in mammalian cells.
• It is processed during apoptosis from an inactive proenzyme to its active form and func- tions to cleave certain proteins.
• Caspase-3 is found in some epithelia, kidney, thymus, bone, tonsil, lymph node and bone marrow cells.
• This antibody will help detect caspase-3 in normal and uncharacterized tissues.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml.
• Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and DA3 mouse myeloma cell line treated with Staurosporine
• Immunoprecipitation: 1ug/10e6 cells.
• Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line treated with Staurosporine
• Knockout Validated: Caspase‑3 is specifically detected in HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line but is not detectable in Caspase‑3 knockout HeLa cell line
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
