A TRAF-interacting protein that specifically associates with TRAF6.
T6BP shares an overall 50% identity and 59% similarity to a recently identified chicken protein MDP62, which has been implicated in promoting neurite outgrowth.
T6BP-TRAF6 complex formation is dependent on the presence of the IL-1 receptor-associated kinase (IRAK).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
