特徴

• TRAC-1 is a 232aa protein containing an N-terminal RING-type zinc finger domain.
• It functions as a positive regulator in the T-cell receptor signaling pathway, thus leading to T-cell activation.
• It mediates ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
• TRAC-1 is expressed in lymphoid tissues, including bone marrow, spleen, thymus as well as in other tissues.
• It is predominantly expressed in the CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells, suggesting that it is preferentially confined to T-cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
