NUP160, also known as Nuclear pore complex protein Nup160, is a 1316aa containing nuclear protein present in the nuclear pore complex.
NUP160 forms part of the Nup160 subcomplex in the nuclear pore which is composed of Nup160, Nup133, Nup107 and Nup96 which plays a role in RNA export and in tethering Nup98 and Nup153 to the nucleus.
It is also involved in polyadenylation and cellular trafficking transport.
NUP160 is widely expressed in most tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
