P65 NLS is a transcription factor belonging to NF-kappa B family with the N-terminal Rel homology domain of the NF-kB family, a C-terminal transcription activation domain and a nuclear receptor interaction motif (LXXLL).
p65 is a part of the nuclear localization signal (NLS) polypeptide of NF-kB (p50/p65) heterodimer.
IkBa the most abundant IkB interacts with active NF-kB p65 homodimers and inactivates their transcriptional potential by trapping them in the cytoplasm and through stable complex formation.
It is ubiquitously expressed in most of the tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlImmunocytochemistry: 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
