NALP9 is a cytoplasmic protein belonging to the NLRP family with aDPIN domain, three LRR (leucine-rich) repeats and a NACHT domain.
Also called NOD6, NALP9 is a novel intracellular protein involved in inflammation and apoptosis.
NALP9 may play a regulatory role in the innate immune system as similar family members belong to the signal-induced multiprotein complex, the inflammasome, which activates the pro-inflammatory caspases, caspase-1 and caspase-5.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 4-6ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
