- Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellants that direct pioneering neurons during nervous system development.
- CD100 is a novel semaphorin that induces B cells to aggregate and improves their viability in vitro.
- CD100 modifies CD40-CD40L B-cell signaling by augmenting B-cell aggregation and survival and down-regulating CD23 expression.
- CD72 is a lymphocyte receptor for the Class IV semaphorin CD100, which is involved in regulating B cell signaling.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
