TGF-b RII is a membrane bound serine/threonine kinase.
It associates with TGF-b RI to generate a heterodimeric signaling complex that transduces TGF-b signals.
This receptor binds TGF-b1 and TGF-b3 with high affinity and TGF-b2 with much lower affinity, and is expressed by most cell types.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels/10e6 mouse splenocytesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
