特徴
- TGF-b RII is a membrane bound serine/threonine kinase.
- It associates with TGF-b RI to generate a heterodimeric signaling complex that transduces TGF-b signals.
- This receptor binds TGF-b1 and TGF-b3 with high affinity and TGF-b2 with much lower affinity and is expressed by most cell types.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cellsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
