Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:12,800 detects the HPLC purified standard peptide MCH (human, rat, mouse)Immunofluorescence: 1:200Immunohistochemistry (PAP or ABC): 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Amino Acid Sequence:Asp-Phe-Asp-Met-Leu-Arg-Cys-Met-Leu-Gly-Arg-Val-Tyr-Arg-Pro-Cys-Trp-Gln-Val (Disulfide Bridge: Cys7-Cys16)
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
