Endostatin is a potent inhibitor of endothelial cell proliferation, migration and angiogenesis.
Recent study shows that endostatin induces tyrosine kinase activity and enhanced apoptosis in FGF-treated endothelial cells.
Endostatin is currently being used in Phase I trails as an antitumor agent.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
