特徴
C-type natriuretic peptide is produced in the hypothalamus, anterior pituitary, and most major endocrine glands.
C-type natriuretic peptide has potent venodilatory and coronary vasodilatory effects, but minimal effects on renal function.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1600 (0.625ug/ml) detects the HPLC purified standard peptide CNP-22 (human, rat, mouse, porcine)Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Amino Acid Sequence:Gly-Leu-Ser-Lys-Gly-Cys-Phe-Gly-Leu-Lys-Leu-Asp-Arg-Ile-Gly-Ser-Met-Ser-Gly-Leu-Gly-Cys (Disulfide Bridge: Cys6-Cys22)
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O/PBS.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
