特徴

• TGF-b RI, also known as activin-like kinase 5 (ALK-5), is a 55kD type I transmembrane serine/threonine receptor kinase.
• It is ubiquitously expressed and forms a functional heterotetrameric signaling TGF-b receptor complex with TGF-b RII.
• The aa sequence of human TGF-b RI extracellular domain is 91%, 90%, 91% and 93% identical to that of porcine, mouse, bovine and rat TGF-b RI, respectively.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• The detection limit for hFibronectin is approximately 25ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
• Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.01% BSA.
