The synaptotagmin family has been implicated in calcium-dependent neurotransmitter release, although Synaptotagmin I (Syt I) is the only isoform that controls synaptic vesicle fusion.
Synaptotagmins have calcium-dependent membranetrafficking functions on both sides of the synapse.
Synaptotagmins also play key roles in synaptic vesicle endocytosis.
Synaptotagmin’s ability to influence both the exocytotic and endocytotic components of synaptic transmission may be modulated by its phosphorylation.

Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence:1:100-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
