特徴
- LKB1 is a serine-threonine protein kinase and member of the calcium calmodulin family.
- LKB1 acts as a tumor suppressor and plays an important role in the regulation of many cellular processes.
- It is expressed in all tissues including pancreatic, liver, testicular, cardiac, and skeletal muscle tissue.
- Mutations in LKB1 result from unregulated cell growth and tumor formation that are associated with Peutz-Jehgers syndrome.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:20,000Western Blot: 1:500-1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
