特徴

• Src homology 2 domain containing tyrosine phosphatase (SHP2), also known as PTPN11, is a 68kD member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family.
• SHP2 acts downstream of growth factor receptors and cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinases which transduce signals from the cell surface to the nucleus.
• The recruitment and activation of SHP2 is mediated through the binding of CD172a to its ligand CD47.
• SHP2 regulates a variety of cellular processes.
• These include transcription, embryonic development, cell growth, cell migration, differentiation, mitotic cycle, haematopoiesis and oncogenic transformation.
• As a result, dysregulation of the SHP2 gene has been linked to LEOPARD, Noonan and Noonan-like syndrome as well as acute myeloid leukaemia.
• SHP2 is ubiquitously expressed, with highest levels found in heart, brain, and skeletal muscle.
• Applications:Suitable for use in RWestern Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot:1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (paraffin):1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Reconstitute with sterile dH20.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

• Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
