特徴
- DNA PK is the key component of the non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ) pathway of DSB repair in mammalian cells.
- DNA PK consists of a heterodimeric DNA-binding subunit (Ku70/80) and an approximately 465kD catalytic subunit (DNA PKcs).
- DNA PKcs is a serine/threonine protein kinase whose activity is greatly stimulated by its recruitment to DNA breaks by the Ku heterodimer.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
