- Controls reversibly actin polymerization and depolymerization in a pH-sensitive manner.
- It has the ability to bind G- and F-actin in a 1:1 ratio of cofilin to actin.
- It is the major component of intranuclear and cytoplasmic actin rods.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot:1:500-1:1,000Immunohistochemistry:1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
