特徴
- This gene encodes a protein which is similar in structure to hyaluronidases.
- Hyaluronidases intracellularly degrade hyaluronan, one of the major glycosaminoglycans of the extracellular matrix.
- Hyaluronan is thought to be involved in cell proliferation, migration and differentiation.
- However, this protein has not yet been shown to have hyaluronidase activity.
- The gene is one of several related genes in a region of chromosome 3p21.3 associated with tumor suppression.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
