特徴
- DNA polymerase eta is specifically involved in DNA repair.
- It plays an important role in translesion synthesis, where the normal high fidelity DNA polymerases cannot proceed and DNA synthesis stalls.
- It also plays an important role in the repair of UV-induced pyrimidine dimers.
- Depending on the context, it inserts the correct base, but causes frequent base transitions and transversions.
- It targets POLI to replication foci.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
