• Osteopontin (OPN), is a secreted acidic phosphorylated glycoprotein originally isolated from bone matrix.
• It has been shown to bind to different cell types through interactions with various integrins and CD44 variants.
• It has important functions in bone metabolism and inflammatory processes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels10e6 cells.
• Validated on RAW264.7 cells.
• For intracellular staining, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
