特徴
- Dectin-2a is a Type II transmembrane protein belonging to the C-Type lectin superfamily and is designated CLECSF10.
- At least 2 truncated isoforms (2b and 2y) exist as a result of alternative splicing.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C before opening.
- DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
- APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
