UBE2F (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2F), a ubiquitously expressed enzyme and member of the ubiquitin-like E2 conjugating enzyme family, which acts as a specific NEDD8 conjugating enzyme, by accepting NEDD8 from the Uba3-NAE1 (APP-BP1/Uba3) E1 complex.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:16,000Western Blot: 0.05-0.2ug/ml detects ~20kD in Mouse Liver lysates (calculated MW of 21.1kD according to Human NP_542409.1 and to Mouse NP_080730.1)

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
