Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:128,000Western Blot: 0.01-0.1ug/ml detects ~40kD band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 42.3kD according to NP_000853.1).
In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Human HSD3B1 a band of approx.
45kD is observed.
This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
