Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:8000Western Blot: 0.2-0.5ug/ml ~90kD band observed in Mouse Fetal Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 38.0kD according to Human NP_848597.1 and 37.98kD to Mouse NP_109639.1).
The observed much higher molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Takeyama et al, J Biol Chem.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
