Carbonyl reductase is one of several monomeric, NADPH-dependent oxidoreductases having wide specificity for carbonyl compounds.
This enzyme is widely distributed in human tissues.
Another carbonyl reductase gene, CRB3, lies close to this gene on chromosome 21q.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:16,000Western Blot: 0.2-0.5ug/ml; ~30-35kD band seen in Human Liver and Kidney lysates [Calculated MW of 30.4kD according to NP_001748.1

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
