Human beta-Tubulin 3 is a 50.432kD structural protein (450aa) expressed in neurons of the PNS and CNS.
It contributes to microtubule stability in neuronal cell bodies and axons, and plays a role in axonal transport..
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry/Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:2000 detects Tubulin, beta 3 in 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed tissues or cells
