RAC2 is a GTPase which belongs to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins.
Members of this superfamily appear to regulate a diverse array of cellular events, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Indirect Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1;10-1;50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
