PAX8 is a member of the paired box (PAX) family of transcription factors.
Members of this family contain a paired box domain, an octapeptide, and a paired-type homeodomain.
This nuclear protein is involved in thyroid follicular cell development and expression of thyroid-specific genes.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Indirect Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
