• PTHLH is a member of the parathyroid hormone family.
• This hormone regulates endochondral bone development and epithelial-mesenchymal interactions during the formation of the mammary glands and teeth.
• This hormone is involved in lactation possibly by regulating the mobilization and transfer of calcium to the milk.
• The receptor of this hormone, PTHR1, is responsible for most cases of humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Indirect Flow Cytometry Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
