KIR2DL5B is a receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for HLA-C alleles.
It inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
