Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions.
Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers.
KLK9 is a novel kallikrein with poptential application for diagnosis, monitoring and therapeutics of various cancers including those of the breast, prostate and testis.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
