ETV4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to the enhancer of the adenovirus E1A gene; the core-binding sequence is 5'[AC]GGA[AT]GT-3'.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Indirect Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:50- 1:100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10- 1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
