EMX1 is a transcription factor, which in cooperation with EMX2.
It acts to generate the boundary between the roof and archipallium in the developing brain.
It may function in combinations with OTX1/2 to specify cell fates in the developing central nervous system.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
