特徴
- Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
- This antibody is first purified by protein G affinity chromatography.
- Then, the antibody fraction is peptide affinity purified in a 2-step procedure with the control and phosphorylated peptides.
- The phospho-specific antibody is eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
